What is LinkedIn’s company culture?
Transforming the world of work starts with our Culture & Values. Both are central to how we operate. They set us apart, define who we are, and shape who we aspire to be. At LinkedIn, we define Culture as the collective personality of an organization. Who you are, and more importantly, who you aspire to be, is the foundation for building an enduring, successful company. It’s what we refer to as #LinkedInLife. Our shared set of Values serves as the guideposts for how we make decisions and empower us to make decisions in a way that enriches the lives of our members and each other. Our shared Values include putting members first; trusting and caring about each other; being open, honest and constructive; acting as One LinkedIn; embodying diversity, inclusion and belonging; dreaming big, getting things done and knowing how to have fun.
