Details & FAQs
Program Details
The pilot program is an apprenticeship that runs for approximately 6 months, specifically designed for people interested in starting a career in recruiting. Through blended in-classroom and self-paced learning, partnered with coaching and mentoring, this program will equip you with the technical skills to find, assess and hire talent, and build your soft skills to be an effective strategic partner and storyteller. As part of the on-the-job training, apprentices will be placed on one of our functional recruiting teams to learn from our recruiters and managers, partner with our business teams, and hire the employees that enable the LinkedIn ecosystem. At the end of the program, successful apprentices have the potential to be offered a full-time recruiting role on LinkedIn’s Talent Acquisition Team.
RAMP will start on July 16, 2018 and end on December 31, 2018.
