We believe magic can happen when we create diverse teams in an inclusive work environment, where every person feels that they truly belong.

Diversity is everything that makes us unique. We want a team that reflects the membership and the customers that we serve. Inclusion at LinkedIn means when people become part of our team, that we do everything in our power to ensure they are included and have a seat at the table. And we, as a company, want nothing more than to ensure that every individual, every member of our team, feels like they belong here and that each of us appreciates and values all our colleagues’ uniqueness and creativity.

While our numbers reflect a work in progress, we’ve initiated programs that we believe will make a difference. These initiatives include a focus on diversity hiring, partnerships with organizations driving change and internal programs including unconscious bias awareness and training. Our employee resource groups (ERGs) connect our team with a network of people driving change at LinkedIn and in the world. They include Black Inclusion Group (BIG), EnableIn (focused on those with disabilities or special needs), Hispanics of LinkedIn Alliance (HoLA), Out@In (for LGBTQ employees and allies), Veterans and Women@LinkedIn (W@LI).
