Our ten employee resource groups (ERGs) connect over 5,000 LinkedIn teammates across the globe. They build and strengthen communities of ERG members and allies, and develop the next generation of LinkedIn leaders.

Black Inclusion Group (BIG)

Connecting Black employees at LinkedIn! Utilizing data, resources, and business alignment to close the opportunity gap for Black people in tech.

Fostering inclusion and accessibility for people with disabilities at LinkedIn! Generating awareness, driving inclusive engagement, supporting accessible platforms, and championing economic opportunity for people with disabilities and invisible illnesses.
