Details & FAQs
Program Details
The ERA program runs for 9 months and specifically focuses on recruiting Engineering-specific roles. Recruiting Associates (RAs) will gain an in-depth understanding about the software design landscape and the different engineering departments that make a large-scale tech company operate. They’ll also develop the technical skills required to become an effective strategic partner and storyteller.
As part of the on-the-job training, RAs will learn from experienced Technical Recruiters and Managers, partner with Engineering teams, and find, assess and hire the employees that build LinkedIn tools and products. At the end of the program, successful associates have the potential to interview for a full-time recruiting role on LinkedIn’s Engineering Talent Acquisition Team.
The next ERA Program will begin on Nov 29, 2021.
