What does the application/interview process look like?

The program is currently paused, but historically candidates selected to interview will go through two rounds of interviews. All interviews will be virtual. Interviews will consist of:

- Case interviews
to evaluate analytical, strategic, and organized thinking
- Behavioral questions to understand the candidate’s background / interests
- LinkedIn-specific questions to gauge knowledge of our products and strategy
- Group interviews to look for teamwork and a collaborative working style
- Presentation Cases to look for candidates with the ability to synthesize data,
shape a narrative, and communicate effectively
