Strategy, Operations and Analytics

LinkedIn’s Strategy, Operations, and Analytics Rotational Program (SOAR) is a highly selective two-year program comprised of four six-month rotations in LinkedIn’s Business Operations (BizOps) team. BizOps partners with leaders across the company to drive impact for both Consumer and Enterprise teams, as well as a wide variety of functions, like Product, Sales, and Marketing. The program provides analytical entry level talent with rigorous, high impact, and high visibility roles to accelerate their personal and professional development. It also provides a unique opportunity for analysts to build foundational business knowledge including financial modeling, SQL, strategic framing & analysis, opportunity identification and decision support. Throughout your time as a rotation analyst, you'll learn, be stretched, and grow at an incredible pace. In addition to hands-on experience during each rotation, formal comprehensive training programs will teach you the diverse skill set you need to develop into a data-driven and strategic business leader.

The SOAR Program is LinkedIn’s entry-level strategy program.
