We've divided our program into three rotations that are designed to give you a comprehensive look at our customers, products, and people. Here's a breakdown of #BLPnation.
Global Customer Operations
Support members and clients while gaining an in-depth knowledge of our products to better understand how to help them succeed.
How GCO prepares you for sales: ✓ Problem solving ✓ Adaptability to different communications styles ✓ In-depth LinkedIn product knowledge
Learn to identify talent by sourcing with our flagship product, Recruiter. You’ll learn how to influence candidates to join our team by engaging them with the LinkedIn story.
Sales skills you’ll acquire:
✓ Engagement techniques
✓ Complexity management ✓ Interpersonal communication skills
Once you finish BLP, you’ll move on to work as a Sales Development Representative for 12-18 months. During that time, you’ll get exposure to different opportunities within the sales organization—and once you’re done, you can apply for other sales roles within our Global Sales Organization.
