Paying it forward.

At LinkedIn, we aim for nothing less than changing the world. LinkedIn for Good (LIFG) is working to connect underserved communities to economic opportunity by providing them with the network and skills they need to succeed.

Keeping inspiration alive.

One day a month, employees come together on InDay with the same intentions – to invest in ourselves and whatever inspires us. Whether that’s exploring new ideas, hacking with friends or volunteering for special causes, we use this day to inspire, to innovate and to create the most transformational workplace in the world.

Learning from the experts.

The LinkedIn Speaker Series is one of our favorite ways to support our mission of making professionals more productive and successful. We do this by exposing our employees and members to inspiring ideas and innovative thinkers from around the globe. The program also reinforces one of our core company values – relationships matter.

"LinkedIn has created an environment for daily transformation that fuels my passion, curiosity, growth, leadership and most of all purpose. I started in our Dublin office as the first international recruiter and progressed to Director of Recruiting. In pursuit to develop my skills as a business leader, I sought out the opportunity to change my career, and I’m now the Head of Sales Development for the EMEA region. Intelligent risks that bring your hidden capabilities to the forefront for business and talent impact is what LinkedIn does best!"

"While working at LinkedIn, I've been fortunate enough to have my career transformed many times. Most recently, I recognized an opportunity to be more inclusive in our recruiting practices. I made a business case and scoped out a role for a diversity strategist and positioned myself as the person for the role. It was approved and through the support of leaders on my team, I was able to transition  transition from Recruiter to Diversity Strategist. I’m now a Diversity Program Manager on the Inclusion Recruiting team, and I'm grateful to work for a company that has invested so heavily in my career growth."

"I joined LinkedIn as the office manager for one of three LinkedIn India offices. I had the opportunity to work with cross functional partners which allowed me to work on a variety of projects across countries. I shared with my manager that I loved the role the food program plays in the lives of our employees and I wanted to build it out in APAC. Within a month I was working closely with the global food team in Sunnyvale and now I run the entire food program for our APAC offices!"
